Our core competence lies in the production and processing of sheep and hog casings, in which sheep casings are our main product lines. For this, we obtain the light-coloured products, which are considered particularly delicate, mainly from New Zealand. Casings with a firmer structure for coarser products come from the Orient and China.

In purchasing raw materials, we always take care to ensure that they are of first-class quality. In this way, we consistently take the demanding requirements of our customer into account.

The highest quality standards apply to our whole product range. This also includes various elastic and stiff meat nets for roasts, salami or rolled smoked pork loins. Special vacuum bags for the retail industry complete the prtfolio.

A speciality of our Rostock staff are "extras". Whether casings with food colouring for typical Danish polser or tubes with overlapping casings - we also react to special requests quickly and flexibly.
