In addition to high-quality raw materials, the selection process plays a central role in the quality of the final product. In order to guarantee a high degree of calibration accuracy with the fewest possible ends per hank, a trained eye and a sure hand are essential. Since the end of 2005, all of our production processes were moved to Portugal. Experienced specialist staff, but also long-standing, intensive business relations with sorting plants in Lisbon, as well as the short distances within the EU where to produce our goods. An average of some 50,000 hanks of natural casings are produced here every month.

After being subjected to stringent goods-inbound and quality controls the raw goods are packaged in accordance with the wishes of our customers in our Rostock plant. Our production is flexibly adapted to the most varied requirements - whether wholesale customers from the meat industry or an individual butcher.
